And sorry if you've had it a while, I've been very sporadic on reading having been so busy of late!<br /><br />I find it hard enough having moved 2 and a half hours away to the Midlands. I can't imagine being on the opposite side of the world. And the fresh crayfish and salad sounds wonderful. Although it's not the same as the Aussie coast, I did grow up by the sea and it frustrates me how the only fish I can get is prepackaged and not that fresh.<br /><br />And I'll bet you have access to a lot of south east asian fruits and foods back there.
