Hi I'm Kylie, an older mum to Joseph and wife of Corey. I started Not Even A Bag Sugar in 2010, following the birth of my son Joseph at 27 weeks gestation due to severe pre eclampsia. You can read our story here.
I started blogging as therapy, as I was being treated for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder following our experiences. As I continued to write, I found that there was a gap in information for pregnant women, and for those who have had babies too small, too sick, too soon, that is information by parents for parents on premature babies and problem pregnancies.
Since commencing my blog I've been featured in The Bury Times, The Guardian and The Independent, as well as appearances on ITV's Daybreak and speaking on BBC Radio both nationally and locally. I also have worked alongside charities including Tommy's and Bliss.
I am a member of the key blogging networks, Britmums, Mumsnet, Netmums and Tots100.
I am available for public speaking engagements for charities and business, to advise on social media engagement, and am also happy to review products specific to pregnant women, parents in general, babies and toddlers, and have a network of parents I can utilise for these purposes.
If you wish to contact me you can email me at notevenabagofsugar (at) gmail.com.
